Hello and welcome!

I am so happy you're here, learning about me, and I so look forward to learning more about you.

​

I am a mom of 3, wife to my best friend, and have been a photographer for 10 years. This journey started with my interest in photography as a child, photographing stuffed animals, and later with fun photoshoots of my friends in high school. When I became a mother, and it sparked my love for the art and science that is photography, once again.

​

My story of a professional photographer starts when my first born was a toddler, and both my husband and a dear friend surprised me with my first dslr (Canon Rebel) and told me they believed in me, and my dreams. How cool is that?

​

So of course, I delved into photography. I bought a book on basics, I watched hundreds of YouTube videos, and read every article online I could. I practiced, learned, and grew constantly.

​

Becoming a mother meant seeing life in a new way, and knowing how precious and fleeting moments are. I wanted to forever remember my daughters wild curls, and my sons dreamy eyes, the way their nose crinkles when they laugh, and of course see that sweet smile. I absolutely love capturing people and their love and personality, as they are today, knowing these images will be cherished for generations.

I find inspiration in nature and in the love, connection, and life story of those in front of the lens.

​

I am pretty laid back, have a good sense of humor, and a knack for working with children because I am a total goofball! I will pose some, and capture candid moments too. I have also been known to chase the sun.
